The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays, continuing until September 30, 2025. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties are allowed at any time, and a $250 penalty applies for smoking inside the rental. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST, with fees for unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The pool is managed by the resort, and any issues should be reported to both the resort and us. Unauthorized subscriptions or charges on the SMART TV will incur a $25 service fee. A/C should be set to “AUTO” mode and not lower than 71°F to prevent system issues.
