The kitchenette includes a hot top for cooking (no full oven), a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a drip coffee maker, and a microwave. A dining table for two is also provided. The sitting area offers a cozy sofa with pillows and blankets and a ROKU TV. The bathroom features a walk-in, tiled shower, a toilet, and a fish bowl sink, with spa soap included. Beach gear is available for guest use.

The beachside neighborhood offers bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants right outside the resort, making it easy to get around without a car.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the rental, and cleaners reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty if smoking has taken place. Parties are not allowed at any time. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie.
