Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, the pool and laundry facilities may be unavailable during your stay, with active construction occurring on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including a photo ID and verification selfie. The balcony is shared with a neighboring unit, and there are quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties are allowed, and a $250 penalty applies for smoking inside the rental. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 applies, or $200 outside regular business hours.
