There will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM until the end of 2025. Pinellas County is undertaking a beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach, scheduled for October–November 2025. During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental; if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property; a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in; anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes.
