Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the suite, with a $250 penalty for violations. Parties are not permitted at any time. The balcony is shared and standing-room only, so please exercise caution. The resort manages the pool and other amenities, and their availability is not guaranteed. A $125 fee applies for lockouts, increasing to $200 outside regular business hours. A/C should be set to 'AUTO' mode, not lower than 71°F. A resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items.
