The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays, continuing until September 30, 2025. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties are allowed, and a $250 penalty applies if smoking is detected inside the suite. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST, with fees applicable for unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins. The balcony is shared with your neighbor, and regular precautions should be taken. The pool is managed by the resort, and any issues should be reported to both the resort and us. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. In case of a lockout, a fee will apply for re-entry assistance. The resort fee includes a damage waiver covering up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. Items left behind will incur a service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for their return.
