Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques within a very short walk.
The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect to see some debris and noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check in; anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund.
