This beautifully designed apartment features high-quality furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops in the Michelin-quality kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a double-door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, oven, stove top, microwave, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, island seating for 2, floating shelves for storage, and a dual Keurig (K-Cup + drip) coffee maker. Enjoy a walk-in tiled shower with a glass door and a modern floating vanity. For entertainment, there are two smart TVs (bedroom and living room) and a chic L-shaped sofa.
Parking is available on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in.
Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and stores all within a very short walk.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the apartment, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry; the fee is $125 during regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) and $200 outside those hours. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie.
