Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques all within a very short walk.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment, and a $250 penalty will be charged if smoking has taken place. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Unless otherwise stated, check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
