The kitchen is equipped with a double-door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, oven, stove top, microwave, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, floating shelves for storage, and a dual Keurig (K-Cup + drip) coffee maker. The bathroom includes a walk-in tiled shower with a glass door and a modern floating vanity. For entertainment, there are two smart TVs (bedroom and living room) and a chic L-shaped sofa.
Parking is on-site and included with your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in and make sure this pass is visible on the dashboard of your vehicle.
Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques within a very short walk.
The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until the end of 2025. Pinellas County is undertaking a beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach, scheduled for October–November 2025.
