I love Arabelle Clearwater. Great community. I’ve wanted to live here since I graduated college. Now I’m here and everyone is so nice and everything is just so beautiful here. No one steals packages, there’s no roaches or weird smells…it’s NWICEEEEEE. I love everybody and if I could make one request: Please make my rent cheaper lol.

I have lived at Arabelle Clearwater going on 4yrs. I have mostly enjoyed living here through the several management changes. Some minor things can be improved but overall it's a great community and have Enjoyed my time.

My daughter and I, decided to go a fresh start and take the job here in Clearwater. After googling a few places I fail in love with the Arabelle; had the Florida vibe I was looking for, the right size, and a decent location with a reasonable price. We were coming from Oklahoma so a completely blind move, I was able to tour online, and sign all my documents that way the day I arrived I just had to get my keys! Every staff member I have encountered has been helpful, friendly, and committed to... resident satisfaction! I didn’t know what I was getting into never being in the area before; but we feel safe! It’s been great!
