Great Property!

I absolutely love living at this property! From the moment I moved in, everything has been top-notch. The amenities are fantastic—beautifully maintained grounds, and an awesome pool!

What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. The office team is always friendly, responsive, and on top of everything. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and professionally. And the maintenance crew? Amazing. They’re prompt, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about keeping everything in great... shape. Any time I’ve needed assistance, the response has been fast and the issue resolved right away.

This property feels more like a community than just an apartment complex. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and welcoming place to call home!

Avana City Park is one of the best places I have rented from. Although I have lived in several gated communities in Illinois and Florida, I never felt as safe and at peace as I do living here. The maintenance staff is one of the best I’ve ever seen.

Avana City Park Apartments is a great place to live. I love the location and the fact that they are always updating the property as well as keeping it clean. The maintenance staff are polite and helpful. I have lived in several apartment complexes in Illinois, Indiana and Florida, however Avana has the best maintenance crew by far.
