I have been to this property many times to visit a relative. It has always looked clean and very well kept. the staff is friendly and helpful.

If I moved to this area, I would make Lake Starcrest my home

Have lived here for about 3-4 years and have enjoyed living here. The apartment complex is very respectful of your space and attempts at all times to let you know that something has to be fixed or updated around the complex or if it will affect your building or apartment.
I love that the floors are soundproof! I love that there are three laundry facilities on-site near my building. You have your own assigned undercover parking space. There is a pool that is well maintained. Maintenance is also… very attentive and friendly.

Recently tried applying to these apartments however when told my partners credit was low they refused to combine his credit with mine OR charge us a higher deposit and told him he just wasn’t accepted. Was told by one lady the bank statements were accepted meanwhile another lady rejected it. Was told by one lady we can have our deposit hold money back while another man said we couldn’t. Customer service is terrible. No ones on the same page and we will be complaining to corporate.

Firstly I lived here for many years. I hated it. I did it becasuse it was close to my job. The apartments are gross. Old fashioned, cheaply redone and the landsdcasping is terrible. Expect lots of multifamily apartments. Expect crime issues. I had a whole lawn care crew living under my second floor apartment. Two of the men had gang tattoos. But hey its normal for five guys to share a two bedroom with a young woman. Right?

When I moved they walked the apartment. Wrote a letter saying I left… everything looking Good, that I was s great Tennant. Then I get a letter saying I messed up the walls and I am forfeiting my deposit. There was no check in the envelope.

So after a walk through and a letter saying, I left everything looking great. They keep my deposit anyways. Stay away from this place! Read More
