Midway Court Apartments

Midway Court Apartments is a beautifully landscaped complex located near Publix grocery store, Wal-Mart and much more. Midway Court Apartments offers a big courtyard, swimming pool, elevator, and an on site laundry room. We are very family friendly… and very senior citizen friendly! Requirements are as follows;
Must have a US passport or US Identification
Move in special only applies to those applicants that meet all requirements
You must have a credit score of 625 or higher and only 1 negative per applicant. If you do not have the credit score and more then one negative we will still rent to you however you will not qualify for the move in special and must meet all other requirements
No felony arrests in the past 7 years. If a felony arrest is within the last 5 years we will still consider your application however you will be disqualified on the move in special
NO evictions or Broken Lease within the past 6 years. If you have had ONLY 1 eviction OR 1 broken lease, we may still be able to work with you, but the move-in costs may be different than stated above and still cannot be in the past 6 years. Please contact property manager for details
Gross monthly income must be at least 2 times the monthly rent.
NO Domestic / or Violent crimes
2 people per bedroom unless one is an infant (12months and under). Minors must have separate rooms from adults
Employment should be at the same place for at least 6 months, if not then move in costs may be higher
Application fee is $125.00 per person over 18. (none refundable)
