Royal Breeze Apartments

Only one star because i had to put one to leave review ????????????????!Dirty has bugs all the time they don't do anything about it when u do complain about things they threaten you with a 7 day eviction! The office staff is liar they make things up then say other ppl say it talk to them they have same stories about you from office Can not wait to leave it is by far the worst place I have even been around! I have never lived in such a terrible place!

If you are rats friendly that will be the perfect place to live. The people are unreliable, they usually promise that they gonna fix any problem reported but you have to be on top of them to have the problem resolved. They use cheap unreliable appliances, constant clogging with everything, it's a nightmare for this old apartment complex. Besides of being in a very good location close to almost everything, there's nothing positive about living there.

I have had nothing but problems since I moved here. I thought I was getting a good deal on a 2/2 apt but it's not worth the headache. I've had a rat problem, bugs/roaches, and most recently a whole day without running water (which is included in the rent). The office staff is clueless and refuse to give out corporates number for complaints (and when you do complain, or when the entire complex was without water for 10 hours, they give you a sob story about "how it could be worst"). The bug… problem is ridiculous and even after they spray roaches are still in the apartment. Seriously considering breaking my lease to move. I have never been in such a horrible apartment. I have lived here for 2 years and now debating on moving. The apartments are very large but also very plain and not up to date. I have tried since the day I moved in to get them to redo my bathrooms but to no avail they still look horrible and I'm embarrassed every time my friends use my bathrooms.
