The Oasis

I’ve lived at Oasis through the last three management companies, and this is the most hopeful I’ve felt about the community in a long time. There have been a lot of positive changes, and you can tell things are finally moving in the right direction.

The office manager is a big part of that. She actually cares about the community and the people who live here. She’s always out around the property, communicates with residents, and genuinely wants to make Oasis a better place to live. It’s nice... having someone who listens and follows through.

The Oasis is a wonderful place to live. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood. I have friendly neighbors that also have young children that my kids can play with. The property manager, Taylor, is very dedicated. Anytime I have an issue, I can text or call her and it is dealt with immediately. We’re only about 10 minutes away from Clearwater Beach, every store where we do our shopping is right around the corner. They also coordinate special neighborhood get-togethers with food and gifts for the... children. There have been a lot of upgrades recently and my family definitely plans to be here for the next few years! You also cannot beat the price anywhere else in Clearwater. We love it here! Read More
