The Palms at Countryside Apartments

I think The Palms at Countryside has become a great community to call home! Also, The prices here are much more affordable than all the other apartment complexes out there! I moved from a very expensive complex to here in 2020, and I am treated like a person here, rather than just an apt# ,where I last lived for 7 years! I walk into the office here, and the office staff greets me by my name, and are happy to help!! The manager Tracey, has worked hard to turn this apt complex into a great… community. If maintenance is requested, they are here within 24 hrs for non emergencies.This community has really changed with Tracey as the manager. Its important to her that residents keep neat patios,that dog walkers clean up after their pet. And kids no longer run rampant , they now have an adult with them. I am happy living here where the manager cares about her residents and our well being! Thank you Tracey and your office team.

The Palms at Countryside 25350 US Highway 19 N Clearwater are horrible!!!You will find like 20 cockroaches every single day even if you clean a lot.The laundry rooms are extremely dirty and there is no air conditioning in them so it gets hot as hell! The police visits this place often. Bugs are the biggest problem??

I been living here for 2 years. There has been no issues for me. The office lady are nice and helpful.

They continue to hike up the price with nothing to show for it. The pools are in a continual state of “needing to be cleaned” so they’re constantly closed. There’s bugs, so many bugs, the appliances are outdated, the carpet with get lumps and roll, the small children with no parents outside watching them just terrorize the neighborhood. The maintenance order system online is a joke because it seems they never look at it but they also never answer the phones to place one that way. Move somewhere… else. Read More
