The Sands at Clearwater is an apartment community in Clearwater, FL
The maintenance staff are very responsive as are the office staff. Negatives: The outside upgrades do not warrant the huge rent increase. The lawn furniture is all moldy and very old. Lots of bare patches of missing grass detracting from the community. Disappointed that nothing was done for the residents for the holidays or Mother's Day. Not happy with Greystar.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We are glad to hear that the Sands team is responsive. We are in the process of updating the outdoor furniture in the courtyard area. Additionally, we have been holding 1 to 2 resident events... monthly out on the courtyard lawn. Please let us know in the office if you are not receiving our emails.

From tour to move in, everything was perfect! Corazón and Nick answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns! The unit was beautiful and clean! Since moving here from Georgia 2 years ago we feel we have finally found our home!
