The master bedroom includes a queen pillowtop bed, ceiling fan, bed linens, extra blankets and pillows, a large closet, pool view, and patio access. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in tiled shower, large tub, double vanity, and a private water closet. Guest Bedroom #1 also has a queen pillowtop bed, ceiling fan, bed linens, extra blankets and pillows, a large closet, dresser, and pool access. Guest Bedroom #2 is furnished with two twin beds, twin nightstands with lamps, a ceiling fan, bed linens, extra blankets and pillows, a large closet, and a dresser. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, a large 6-person contemporary sofa, ottoman, chaise longue, glass contemporary sofa table and side tables, and a ceiling fan. The modern IKEA kitchen, installed in 2015, includes a bar with three stools, a Whirlpool oven, Whirlpool microwave, ceramic glass cooktop, hood, dishwasher, two-door refrigerator, toaster, mixer/blender, complete tableware, cutting boards, wine opener, can opener, glasses, wine glasses, and champagne flutes.
