My husband and I both love living here, it’s clean and the staff has been super nice and helpful. Zeena I’m the front office went out of her way, above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that had nothing to do with my apartment! Definitely recommend!

This is a great location. Close to everything. The apartment is big for a 1 bedroom. Quiet and clean. The customer service is excellent. Zeena has been superb helping us get settled in. She is great to work with and very supportive.

Management and staff are very friendly. Maintenance requests have always been honored in a timely manner. These are older apartments and could really use an update throughout the apartment. If you are looking for luxury apartment living than this is not the place for you. I have loved my apartment. It’s cozy. Maintenance seems to do a lot of patching up instead of actually fixing the problem which becomes more complex problem later on. Electric bills are extremely high for apartment… living. The A/C can't keep up and really does not cool down the apartment but it is Florida. Rent here is cheaper than most places in the area probably because they are older apartments. I think my electric bill always balances out the expense of what a more efficient/updated apartment would probably run me. There is very little kitchen cabinet storage however the bedroom closets are very spacious. Most of the residents are very friendly. I have had very few problems with exception of some noisy neighbors. Walls are thin and noise travels. I have not minded living here. I am moving because we need more space and my family and I have outgrown apartment living. For the most part it is very quiet here and no one bothers me. The apartment complex has a great pool which is very well maintained. Staff does a fantastic job at keeping the outside grounds looking nice. Overall Grandview has been a great place to live.
