Great place to live!

This place has transformed in the last year and a half! They’ve been doing a lot of renovations and it shows. You can tell management really cares about the tenants and their satisfaction. Jarod the manager is always friendly and answers calls even after hours. The library is across the street and cocoa village is right around the corner. I’ve really enjoyed having so much to do without having to get in the car!

Amazing what they have done

This place has had bad reviews in the past but now everything is clean and renovated. The manager Jarod was great and gave me all the information I needed very quickly.

CAUTION: Fancy exterior, Potential Black Mold underneath

I lived in Cocoa Village (previously named Dixie) for less than a year due to black mold in the unit(s). The mold problem significantly impacted my health, resulting in severe allergies, difficulty breathing and random nose bleeds in and outside the home. I urge to rent with caution.
