Long Google review already posted:) love it here, very happy to be a resident. Beautiful and quiet community that’s hard to find in South Florida. Feels like a retreat from the business of life. Staff and maintenance are superb. Community is quiet and kept clean. No complaints! Just excited to get the new clubhouse, hopefully opening soon!

Great apartment the place was in perfect move in condition. Everyone in the office are wonderful people. I would recommend the complex to my family and friends.

The growth has been happening but the parking is still a nightmare. There are people with multiple cars that are part in the same space for days. Some cars that don't even work. They work on them then park it back up for days

Living next to Walmart is convenient and comfortable. However, dealing with management is difficult. The maintenance supervisor and the woman in his office are excellent and always helpful. Other staff members have not handled my concerns well.
Parking is good and I am satisfied with the space.
Exterior cleaning and maintenance are very good. Trash issues were resolved, but management pressured residents about trash bins and possible fees, which felt unnecessary.
Weekdays are quiet, but... weekends are chaotic. Cars speed, motorcycles are loud, and music is very high. No action seems to be taken.
The recreation area has been under construction for a long time. Access to the gym requires a paid remote. The main gate system is slow and unreliable

We apologize for the inconvenience with Clubhouse renovation, construction is complete, we are just waiting for the City's final inspections. We can't wait for everyone to see it,... it's SPECTACULAR! Most of the staff is not here over the weekend, so please give us a call during office hours if you experience any loud noise or disturbances so we can promptly address them or you could always contact non-emergency police to help.
