No pets of any kind are permitted, and unauthorized pets will result in a $250 penalty plus cleaning costs. Settings below 70°F may damage equipment and will result in charges. Unauthorized guests will result in a $250 per person charge. Immediate removal with no refund will occur in the event of noise complaints or police involvement.
