Crescent Cove Apartments

When I moved in 4-5 years ago this place was ok, the people in the office was helpful it was only Michelle as a Manager and Romy who was a great leasing Agent, for me he was very professional and he was trying to do his job properly but he left about 3 years ago and I do understand know why. Before you move in to this property think about it and if you have kids double check everything, this is not a good place for kids, ask former or current residents if you can and of course look for the... reviews, this place is the worse place that I used to live, they are doing everything wrong at the main office, the management does not know what to do, they are unprofessional, the community is full of garbage, there is a lot of Dog Excrement everywhere, the stairs in buildings are full of garbage, stained, full of insects, the maintenance people does not help at all and I'm understand maybe they don't get pay properly, Miss Michelle would tell you that she loves you and she likes you but at the end is all false, so the emergency line does not work at all, if you have a problem with the AC or a toilet you would have that problem forever because NOBODY would help NOBODY will fix anything in the unit. I currently moved to this location from New York, and I must say I felt completely at home here. The management team are excellent, very understanding, and solve any issues or concern you have immediately. I'm very happy to have found such a family and friendly community.

This rental in Coral Springs, FL feels more like living in Santa Fe. The buildings resemble the architecture of the Southwest with the same sand and red colors. The staff is fantastic as are my neighbors. It has all the amenities that make this complex a joy to live in - pool, gym, clubhouse. Restaurants are all nearby but not within the complex, University Drive has every major restaurant and the unique architecture is seen in every business on University Drive. You know you're home when... you cross the city line into Coral Springs. My apartment has all wood floors with tile in the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and foyer. The new appliances are a joy to operate. I hope to be here for a very long time.
