We’ve had such a great experience living here. The staff is always kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. All of the amenities are always clean and functional. Super pet friendly for our three doggos as well. Definitely recommend!

As a resident living here for one year, I have decided to renew my lease for the following reasons . The staff here is exponential and phenomenal. They work together and no matter how many times you call about the same issue they would make sure that they come and fix it the day the work order is created. The maintenance will try their best to make sure that they come within the week your work order was scheduled. This is 1000% of family friendly apartment complex. They have a area to clean the… interior of your car and a basketball court along with a playground for the children.. They also have a pool and a barbecue area just wish the clubhouse would be open until a later time Because it is typically close at 6 o'clock which is a bummer because on Friday nights a lot of people would like to take advantage of the clubhouse that is being paid for. Let me say this complex is amazing. Gabe and Vanessa at the leasing office are an All-Star team. This complex has gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs where met. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, the apartments are spacious, well maintained and the maintenance team is always on task. The leasing office host all kinds of events everything from wine and paint night to pet photo shoots the list goes on and on. The pool is spotless and the fitness center is well maintained. To compliment their rude staff they have a very interesting application process. They charge a $70 non-refundable application fee, not uncommon. But on top of that they charge a $150 admin fee that they take out or your account right away. When they deny your application for whatever reason they will return your $150 30 days later via a mailed paper check.
