Pésimo condominio lleno de cucarachas pésima atención mantenimiento se demora cuando te vas al finalizar tu contrato aún así quieren cobrar un mes de más y tienen q tener en cuenta q las cucarachas son parte de la familia

Place is filled with roaches and unpleasant management

Avoid this Place!

Different sets of rules for different tenants .No structure and rent fluctuations only for certain people.Too many inconsistencies .Refurbished appliances, mold, etc. Poor follow through.Unprofessional staff.

Cucarachas

Por esta parte estoy muy pero muy incómoda , tengo cucarachas hasta el las paredes caminando . Estoy en el primer piso , se k es normal y si los de los lados son personas que no quieren eliminarlas es imposible para mi !, por mucho producto que eche aquí. Y estoy haciendo este comentario ya que es la 3ra vez en el tiempo k llevo aquí , ya va a ser el año el mes k viene , que me han fumigado, ya que dejan este papelito de fumigación , tampoco sé si lo hacen de verdad porque cada vez es peor.

Vivo hace 2 años en esta propiedad y estoy muy complacida. El agua está incluida en el precio, el Internet muy buena calidad, servicio de Dish Latino, suficiente parqueo y muy buena seguridad. Siempre hemos
recibido muy buena atención por parte de la oficina (David) Muy atento y siempre dispuesto ayudar a cualquierpersonaquelo necesite. Las áreas exteriores actualmente reciben mantenimiento, en estos días han pintado todos los pasillos.
