It is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
