A damage protection option is required for all reservations, either a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Check-out time is 10 AM. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned up and disposed of properly.
