There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. While children and infants are welcome, the home is not baby-proofed. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
