This spacious two-story layout is perfect for families or multi-generational groups. It features fresh, modern decor with a clean and cozy ambiance, a comfortable living area with a smart TV, and smart TVs in all bedrooms for personalized entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all cooking essentials. There is also an open dining area with seating for the whole group, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a washer and dryer in unit.
Convenient parking is available, with space for up to two medium-size cars in the driveway. A mandatory resort fee of $20 USD per day is required by Regal Palms Resort, paid upon check-in, which grants full access to all resort amenities.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Guests must abide by all HOA association rules, including parking rules and the no events policy. All properties are strictly non-smoking/non-vaping/non-e-cigarette in or near the property. Failure to comply with this will result in the removal of the guest from the property, without recompense or refund and the loss of the security deposit or a charge to the guest’s credit card if no security deposit is in place to cover the deep clean costs. The minimum fine for smoking is $500.00. Pets are not permitted in the apartment at any time. If it is discovered that a pet has been in the apartment, there is an automatic charge of $450.00 to cover the cost of professionally cleaning all carpets and upholstery. There is an additional charge should a pest control company's services be required. You will also be asked to leave the apartment, forfeiting your stay and any payments or deposits made. Trash must be placed in the carts provided. Placing carts outside property other than specified days and/or fail to store back carts same day after collection, will incur in a $100.00 charge. If there is excess of trash on departure due to not putting trash out, there will be a $50.00 pickup charge.
