The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a twin-over-full bunk bed, and bedroom three offers a queen-size bed. Bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom.
Access to shared resort amenities including a pool with a slide, lazy river, indoor playground, gym, restaurant and bar, and an ice cream shop is available for a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, for up to 10 people and wristbands. Free parking is available on the premises and street parking is also available.

The resort offers a quiet retreat with a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities, and is located next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club.
There is a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, for up to 10 people and wristbands, regardless of amenity usage. The resort provides a maximum of 10 wristbands through guest services. Guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. This home is not baby-proofed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
