This stunning home features a private theater room with an 82” TV, an outdoor summer kitchen with a grill and pizza oven, and a game room with shuffleboard, ping pong, and a TV. The spacious primary suite includes a soaking tub (jets inoperable). A starter kit with essentials (dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, and bath items) is provided. For longer stays, please plan to restock as needed.
Mid-stay cleaning is available for $290 plus tax. Pool heat is available for $35 per night plus tax with a minimum of 4 nights. BBQ grill rental is available for $75 per week plus tax. Pool and spa heating are unavailable from June to September. Early check-in is available for $75 + tax (subject to availability). Requests before 1:00 PM may incur an additional night charge.

No parties or events are allowed, and violation may result in cancellation without refund. No smoking is allowed, and a $250 fee will be charged if evidence is found. No pets are allowed, and unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM (door codes deactivate at 10 AM).
