Pool heating is available for $35 per day with a week's notice. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is a self-catering property, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM, and excessive noise should be minimized during this time. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
