Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. This is a non-smoking and drug-free property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. The HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.
