Enjoy exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center, complete with a resort-style pool, water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, and tennis and volleyball courts.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay, invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. The home can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests at any given time. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 4 per reservation, with up to 2 cars in the driveway and additional parking spots on the street.

Solterra Resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, with an IMAX movie theater and more at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.
Self check-in and check-out are available. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. No smoking, drugs, or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. The property is sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure to avoid fines up to $300. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund if guests violate any rules.
