Exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse is included. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know 48 hours of booking and at least one week prior to check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. Make sure payment for this amenity is made at least one week prior to check-in date otherwise we cannot guarantee we'll be able to accommodate your request.
Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are not to be missed. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you do want to venture out, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway (can likely fit 3 small to medium-sized vehicles). No parking on the street in front of the house or you will get towed. Parking passes will be provided when you go through the gate. The community will provide up to 5 passes. As long as you park your extra vehicles on the selected areas (there are parking spots around) between two white lines and you have the passes visible in the vehicle you won't be towed. Tires cannot touch the sidewalk. Parking at the clubhouse is only allowed while you're using the facilities. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane is provided by the guests.
