Access to Solterra Resort amenities is included, featuring a resort-style pool with a water slide, a lazy river, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a playground, sports courts, and other recreation areas. Pets are welcome with a written notification from the guest and host approval. This home allows up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) for a pet fee.

The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker (coffee is not provided). Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM; please be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. While the property is professionally sprayed for pests, bugs are a natural and common occurrence in sunny Florida, so remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Propane for the grill is provided by guests. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 14 guests can be accommodated at any given time, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation, with up to two cars allowed in the driveway. Additional parking spots on the street next to the home are not reserved and cannot be guaranteed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
