This entire home comfortably accommodates larger groups with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and three separate living areas. Each living space offers comfortable seating and a TV. A dedicated game room brings everyone together with a pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games. The kitchen is designed for easy group meals, and a dining area indoors offers space to sit together, while additional dining options extend outdoors. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided.

The BBQ grill and outdoor seating create a comfortable setting to spend time together in the open air. Located within Solterra Resort, you’ll have access to a range of shared amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, sports courts, and recreation areas. Pets are allowed with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit, and written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required for up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). Propane for the grill is provided by the guests, and the propane tank cannot be guaranteed to be full upon arrival.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in fines. The HOA charges a mandatory amenities fee, separate from hosting fees. This fee is $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more, and it applies to every reservation. Guests must pass a background check. We offer convenient self check-in and check-out. Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray, as humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence in Florida. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
