Solterra is a gated community with resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with a waterslide, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, a children’s playground, and a recreational area.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are allowed.
