Access to the community amenity center/clubhouse is included. There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. The resort will provide 10 wrist bands max at guest services.
Located in the beautiful Regal Palms community, this townhouse is a short drive to Disney World and other major attractions, just off the I4 and I192 in Orlando, and 40 minutes from the Orlando Airport. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, it's just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction.
