The townhouse comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The downstairs primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and the upstairs primary bedroom provides a queen-size bed. Two themed bedrooms, one Star Wars and one Harry Potter, each hold twin beds. The open living area invites you to sink into plush seating and stream your favorite shows on a large TV. The full kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals, with a cozy breakfast nook and a separate dining area for shared meals.
Enjoy full access to a large pool with a slide and lazy river, perfect for cooling off. An indoor playground keeps younger guests entertained, while a well-equipped gym lets you stay active. The on-site restaurant, bar, and ice-cream shop offer convenient dining options. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the unit. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. Guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. There may be construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. Laundry detergent pods for up to two (2) loads are provided.
