This townhouse features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a large living area. It includes a free washer and dryer, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a spacious indoor dining area. Located in the beautiful Regal Palms community, you have access to the community amenity center and clubhouse. The primary bedroom downstairs has a king-size bed and a full bathroom, while the primary bedroom upstairs offers a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. There are also themed bedrooms with twin beds that share a full-size bathroom. The living area is large enough to accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two.
There is a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day for 10 people, which includes wristbands for access to amenities. The resort will provide a maximum of 10 wristbands at guest services.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, a coffee maker (coffee not included), salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs and mosquitoes, but natural occurrences are beyond control. There is no smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the home, and the home is not baby-proofed. A maximum of 8 guests is allowed, and no third-party bookings are permitted unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation may stay overnight, with a maximum of 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should not exceed 2 per reservation. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Trash should be disposed of properly upon departure, and damages should be reported immediately. Violation of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
