The Solterra Resort amenities include a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area. It is also just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining, and other area attractions, and 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. Posner Park, with an Imax movie theater and many other stores, is just 7 minutes away.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum guest capacity is 12 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premises, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
