Pool heating is available for $35 per day, with a week's notice required. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and a maximum of 12 guests is permitted. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Parking is limited to two cars in the driveway, and overnight parking is not permitted in the Clubhouse parking lot. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
