Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided by the guests, and guests should plan accordingly as there may not be propane in the tank upon arrival. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are required to provide a damage protection option prior to arrival, which can be a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of could result in fines up to $300. Guests are asked to report damages immediately.
