This home offers a comfy... living area, a free washer/dryer, a private pool, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. Enjoy exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse, as well as outdoor pool loungers.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool.
Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you do venture out, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. It is 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 13 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. There are additional parking spots on the street next to the home, but these are not reserved and their availability cannot be guaranteed. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300.
