Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and there is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the property. The reservation must be made by someone at least 21 years of age, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
