Optional pool heating and BBQ grill services are available for an additional fee. Clubhouse amenities are available to guests for an additional charge during their stay. The clubhouse administration may also charge optional fees for certain activities such as special events, seasonal programs, or rental of sporting equipment. A resort fee (Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee) is payable directly at the clubhouse front desk upon check-in: 1–12 guests: $35.00 and 13+ guests: $45.00.
