We don't feel safe here

We don't feel safe in our home here.
Pros:
Kat the manager is cordial and does give a response to issues that you bring to her. The current maintenance staff is also responsive and is top notch.
Cons:
Our truck was burglarized once, and we have had two different things stolen from our porch on two other occasions. The sheriff's deputies seem to be here on an almost daily basis. Our dogs were also attacked suddenly by a dog who was off leash, and there are many dogs walked off leash here on the... back side of the complex. It seems like this place is getting worse month over month and I would not recommend moving here.
