B eware of the third party parking service
Beautiful property with amazing units and amenities and the location is great. But be aware of the third-party parking service they just added. You have to pay for guest to park all times of the day, it’s gonna cost about $13to park the entire day. What they should do is make you pay for parking after a certain time at night.And the ticket is gonna cost you $55 dollars and if not paid in a timely manner it will cost $90.
They want to give tickets for guest but do not want tow someone when they... park is someone else’s assigned spot. In addition to they promised that a gate will be installed for the parking garage and nothing has happened. I feel like this can get very hectic since it’s private group and they can become money hungry when the place start to fill up with tenants.

Regarding parking, we offer a set number of complimentary daily parking hours to accommodate guests who do not reside on the... property. This policy helps ensure availability and convenience for all residents and visitors.
