I really love this apartment for the first few months when I moved in the staff is very nice. However, many of the buildings are over ran by pigeons. They are defecating around the building and leaving their feathers everywhere somewhere even visibly sick and carrying who knows what kind of diseases.

Everything has been good so far! Everyone from the front office to the maintenance staff has been super helpful & attentive! The move-in process was super easy, all our questions have been answered accordingly! All our requests have been fixed immediately!

Follow up on your appointments

The leasing team will lease a unit right under you, and not say anything until you arrive in hopes that you lease a more expensive unit.
Or even better, to have you show up to the appointment to only hand you a few pieces of paper and that information is all available online as well. I tried to like it but shady business practices kept me away.

Overall neighborhood and complex is very nice, buildings can get noisy sometimes but that comes with apartments. Unfortunately amenities get locked or closed without notice.

Beautiful gated property with great amenities, two beautiful pools, an awesome gym, and trash valet service. Peaceful neighborhood. Management is great and involved with caring for the community.
