4 stars because the amount of income you need to show is much higher with or without a guarantor than any other complex I have lived in. However the complex is clean, updated, and welcoming. Always enough parking and in a convenient location.

I love the Reese and would renew if I wasn’t moving. The building is beautiful and I love the pool area. It’s always clean. I appreciate all of the security around and in the building.

I love the open area of a two bedroom. My view is beautiful and I do love this apartment building. This place is so relaxing and I feel very secure here.
