    No AC all summer

    I have gone 2 months without properly working AC at the complex and both maintenance and the front office have done nothing to help the issue. Went on a trip for 4 days and since the AC was not working it smelled of mold when I came back. We had to buy a fan of our own to help with the surging temperatures of summer in Florida. They have offered no compensation whatsoever. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

While we’re glad, we were able to provide some relief, we also understand that a portable unit is not a permanent solution or a substitute for a fully functioning AC system.
