How Is This Rating Determined?

DO NOT RENT HERE: 3-Month Maintenance Nightmare (ZERO Compensation)

I am a current resident and I urge you to look elsewhere.

3 MONTHS WITHOUT KITCHEN LIGHTS (Aug 2025 - Oct 2025). This is a failure of basic living conditions. Management allowed this critical issue to drag on for nearly 90 days.

ZERO COMPENSATION. They offer no financial relief for this extreme inconvenience.

WORST MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION. Expect to wait weeks for any serious request to be addressed. The front desk staff are kind, but the management team is effectively non-existent and... completely ineffective.

If you value basic functionality and responsive management, ICON Daytona is a costly mistake.

Stay Away.

Shoutout to Carly

The location is awesome. The property is well maintained, the grounds are always very clean and the amenities are really nice. The theater is an extra bonus we have not seen at any other community. Great apartments and highly recommended.

Great service love my apt

Carly was great she made leasing here a breeze . Maintenance is fast and work on issues within 48 hrs . Even the trash people are great everybody in office is always ready to help
