Palmetto Square Apartments

This is the worst place I have ever lived, the cops are here more then the mailman. in three months I have lived here? there has been a drug bust, a overdose with a 19 year old girl,she died. two shootings, two big fights in the parking lot with like ten people,found a stolen U Hal truck in the parking lot. the house in the back witch is part of the place. is a meth lab and a drug den. my car has been broken into three times tools have been taken out of my husband's truck and the washers don't... work and there is one working dryer. the bathroom light hasn't worked from the time we have moved in and the landlord will not fix anything! he tried to say we didn't pay for are dog, then said we didn't give him all of are rent last month when we did. he will do nothing about the meth house because he gets 1000 a month for it. there is black mold in the kitchen and have found TWO pot plants growing out of the kitchen floor throw the tiles! there are bugs and we can't seem to get ride of. and we singed a year lease!
