A hot tub would be awesome. Pointe Grand is a decent option for student living, especially considering its proximity to Embry-Riddle. The apartments are modern and comfortable, with basic amenities like a gym and pool that add convenience. However, maintenance response times can sometimes be slow, and parking can get crowded, which is a drawback. The community is generally quiet, and management is approachable, but some improvements in communication would be great. Overall, it’s a good spot for... students who want a functional and well-located space without too many frills.

Leasing office staff are extremely unprofessional and do not care about anything. Regional manager is just as bad. Washing machine constantly had issues from getting stuck on the spin cycle indefinitely to leaving grease stains all over everything.
