Moved in 8 months ago and everything was great. Two months later when management changed, everything went downhill. My central air system was not working properly for two months and after many service requests they did nothing and tried to convince me that is how it works when I know how a central air system works. Then it broke and had no A/c in this Florida heat. They finally replaced it once I had to get the town code office involved to do an inspection. You can’t even get ahold of someone in… the office to talk to. Once my lease is up I will not be renewing. Be careful. The only good thing is the leasing Agent, Jade. From the start of the leasing application process to the end of the process Jade helps with every step. Dorothy helps with every issue no matter what it is. The maintenance crew is on call 24/7 and they are on top of anything that needs fixed. Whenever you have question any of the staff is willing to answer the question if they can. The community is quiet and kept clean. Your neighbors leave you alone.

Ive been in 3 years and I have to say the staff is absolutely amazing. Kellie the manager and her crew are always there to meet you when you walk into the clubhouse.

After touring the property, I knew immediately that I wanted to make The Anatole my new home. The online application process was a breeze, and the approval only took a few minutes. Jade and Anthony were extremely helpful and went out of their way to find a move-in date that worked best for me. I look forward to my time here!
