Poorly run complex
1. Maintenance. You will end up fixing your own things. In 9 months I put only 1 request to fix a dryer and maintenance came in 6 days. No responses to texts, just total ignore. Ended up fixing it myself
2. Safety. Allowed all kind of dogs. No restrictions on breeds and if they say they do- don't trust them
3. Dead landscape. Holes in the ground, dead dried branches, never trimmed trees
4. One star is for my beautiful apartment which is unique inside but also due own efforts
I... realized how pooly things maintained here after visiting other places where management truly put their heart into their work. Such places exist but outside of corporate run complexes. Where there is corporate there is absolutely no caring as their goal is to fill spaces at highest price and then whatever happens to you- live here at own risk.
Not sure who all these people giving this place 5 star. But most likely they are hyped by the management when they come first visit and asked for review for the first impression.
Research this place and know that pull comes to a shove you won't be helped.
