Lived there for 4 years. Complex & corporate Management lacks vital skills in communication, taking accountability/ownership for untruths & mistakes and taking action to enforce lease rules. They rarely answer phone when you call. Email is only way to get response. Their long-standing excuse for everything is they are understaffed. Even closed several days when someone was sick. There are plenty of other complexes that is worth the price in rent and has acceptable best practices in property... management. I recommend to stay away from this one. I’ve rented for many many years in south Florida. Born & raised here. Never wrote a negative review about apartment complex before in my life.

I love this community I've live here about 4yr. Never really had any issues. The staff members are super nice and helpful. FELIX AND MILTON THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN ARE AWESOME. THANK YOU GUYS FOR FIXING MY OVEN.
