Big outdated apartments with no parking

First I would like to say that they have some of the largest apartments with the biggest bathrooms I have seen. They also have a nice pool, gym and walking trails. The first problem I had when I moved in was parking. There is really only enough for one car per apartment. In the area I lived in there was 28 parking spots for 24 units. They allow people to have 2 cars. In fact, my retired neighbors had 3 cars. If you did not get home by 6 pm there was no where to park. They have a gravel lot… outside the gated complex that you are supposed to park your car. They promised me that they would give each apartment a sticker for one car to park on the property. People with an extra vehicle would have to park in the gravel lot. However, they decided not to do that and parking was challenging . My unit was large but very outdated. The ceiling collapsed in my closet and myself and my neighbors had multiple plumbing issues. I had to pay 2 months rent to get out of my lease even though I was having many problems with the apartment. They were trying to make the apartments for all ages. So if you are looking for a 55 plus apartment, please make sure they plan to keep it that way.

Nothing but disappointments

I have only lived here for 4 months and since day one there has been nothing but headaches. First changing the price which was stressful. When I moved in, my apartment was not ready, it needed a few repairs and was missing things. The rodent problem seems to see a serious problem here; you can hear them walking in your ceiling they come inside your apartment. The rugs in the hallways are disgusting and they stink so bad. Twice without a/c you call emergency and they don't even show up. The… second time I was without ac for 2 to 2.5 weeks I needed a new unit in which it took forever for the approval. They come to install a new ac and left a huge hole open in my apartment knowing the problem there is in this building with the mouse and rats. The hole was open for a whole week causing stress and sleepless night. I currently have a mouse in my apartment in which I put in a ticket, and the order shows as COMPLETED when no one have come to my apartment to take care of it. I'm beyond upset at this point and I'm considering moving out of here and not renewing my lease. I would not referrer anyone here not even if they pay me.

First, we sincerely apologize for the distress caused by the pest control issues and are… actively ensuring these problems to do not arise for residents in the future. We deeply regret that our initial remediation steps left a gap that caused you additional stress. Maintaining a comfortable living environment is our priority, and we fell short of your expectations in handling this situation.
Regarding your air conditioning, we want to clarify the timeline for your peace of mind and that of our community. Our records show that once the system failure was reported, a brand-new A/C unit was approved, delivered, and fully installed within 48 hours. However, we acknowledge that the subsequent delay in patching the installation wall was unacceptable, and we apologize for the sleepless nights this caused.
Additionally, while we routinely maintain our community spaces—including professionally cleaning all hallway carpets just a few months ago to ensure they meet our cleanliness standards—we understand that your overall experience has not been what you hoped for.
Because we care about our residents' well-being and recognize that this space did not feel like home, we have mutually agreed to release you from your lease early. We wish you the absolute best in your move on July 30th and in your next chapter.

Such a peaceful place!

I have lived here for quite some time and absolutely love it. I was a bit nervous about the new company taking over, but management and the staff has proven to be outstanding. The manager communicates about all the updates and changes to the property and every time I call, somebody answers or calls me back almost immediately. Like anywhere, there is an issue with dog poop. Thats my only issue, but the maintenance guys are great, I really don't have complaints. I will definitely be renewing and… don't plan on leaving any time soon.

Look elsewhere

Marketing staff rude, disrespectful, dishonest and lazy. Prepare for your pricing to change multiple times, unable to get through on the phone . Communicate only via email so you get everything in writing. Renovated apartments have used appliances and all the amenities listed on the website do NOT exist. Trying to save you the time and trouble. Look somewhere else
