Nothing but disappointments

I have only lived here for 4 months and since day one there has been nothing but headaches. First changing the price which was stressful. When I moved in, my apartment was not ready, it needed a few repairs and was missing things. The rodent problem seems to see a serious problem here; you can hear them walking in your ceiling they come inside your apartment. The rugs in the hallways are disgusting and they stink so bad. Twice without a/c you call emergency and they don't even show up. The... second time I was without ac for 2 to 2.5 weeks I needed a new unit in which it took forever for the approval. They come to install a new ac and left a huge hole open in my apartment knowing the problem there is in this building with the mouse and rats. The hole was open for a whole week causing stress and sleepless night. I currently have a mouse in my apartment in which I put in a ticket, and the order shows as COMPLETED when no one have come to my apartment to take care of it. I'm beyond upset at this point and I'm considering moving out of here and not renewing my lease. I would not referrer anyone here not even if they pay me.

Such a peaceful place!

I have lived here for quite some time and absolutely love it. I was a bit nervous about the new company taking over, but management and the staff has proven to be outstanding. The manager communicates about all the updates and changes to the property and every time I call, somebody answers or calls me back almost immediately. Like anywhere, there is an issue with dog poop. Thats my only issue, but the maintenance guys are great, I really don't have complaints. I will definitely be renewing and... don't plan on leaving any time soon.

Look elsewhere

Marketing staff rude, disrespectful, dishonest and lazy. Prepare for your pricing to change multiple times, unable to get through on the phone . Communicate only via email so you get everything in writing. Renovated apartments have used appliances and all the amenities listed on the website do NOT exist. Trying to save you the time and trouble. Look somewhere else
