Deland River Apartments

These apartments change owners almost every year, and with every change things get worst. They have a pool here, which has been closed for about 8 months and the new owners have no plans to open it. There’s no washer/dryer in the apartment, nothing is updated inside. Most of the apartments have roaches so everytime someone moves out (which is very often) the roaches will move to your apartment. You can’t have a grill outside, they locked up all the water hoses so you can’t even use those. The apartments aren't that nice the management sucks they don't do repairs yet they raised everyone's rent

The owner and management are a bunch of gossip rumor spreading pains. They sit at the pool talking crap about all the tenants. And half the apts are trashy. Be warned!

I have lived at DRA for over 10 years. I love it here, its so peaceful and quiet and the office staff is helpful and understanding.

I've been living at DeLand River Apartments for going on two years now. The apartment complex is located right off of the Saint John's River. It's on a beautiful piece of property and the owner lives on site. My apartment is very spacious and perfect for myself and my family.
