Not good
My friend just moved here and maintenance does absolutely nothing for issues. Even during a tour I was told that maintenance was just sitting in model unit watching videos/ playing games/ doom scrolling the entire tour. You have a broken fridge don't expect them to fix it. They've already had a leak and the response from maintenance? To put in a cover. Does that have anything to do with the leak or stop the leak? No. They reported it several times with no resolution and the exact same issue.... There is a roach issue so expect a major roach issue even if your space is spotless/ clean. People also like to set trash outside their door for hours which probably doesn't help the roach issue.
After doing a tour and speaking to people there many units don't seem to have fans in the units or in bedrooms which is weird and they don't come with microwaves. They give you outdated refrigerators that are damaged. I also saw leaks. After seeing how maintenance is with my friend and speaking to several other people I definitely won't be renting a unit there. Still looking for another 2 bedroom apt to rent. The front staff is friendly amd helpful which is disappointing because maintenance isn't great.
